Shipping Policy

All our homeopathic remedies and kits are made to order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $300. Please note that we ship to the United Kingdom but do not ship to other countries in Europe.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are imposed once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days. First Aid Kits can only be shipped once you have watched the Home Prescribing with Homeopathy video. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided to the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for adhering to local post office collection timeframes and deadlines. If an order is not collected from the local post office within the specified timeframe, any costs associated with re-shipment will be billed to the customer.
