All homeopathic remedies, blends, and kits are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. We operate Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

First Aid Kits: These can only be shipped once you have watched the Home Prescribing with Homeopathy video.

Australia

• Standard shipping: $10 AUD flat rate (may take up to 1–2 weeks from dispatch)
• Express shipping: $15 AUD flat rate (may take up to 3–7 business days from dispatch)
• Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD

International

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Free shipping is available on international orders over $400 AUD.

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select international destinations.

United States - Please Note: With the recent introduction of US import tariffs, our pricing has been adjusted to cover duties and tariff fees upfront, so there are no surprise charges at delivery. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Taxes & Duties (all other international orders) Shipping costs do not include local taxes or duty fees. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees lies with the customer. Please contact your local customs office directly for more information before placing your order.

Collection & Reshipment

The customer is responsible for collecting parcels from their local post office within the specified timeframe. If an order is not collected and is returned to us, any costs associated with re-shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
