All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select other international destinations.

Shipping costs don't include local taxes or duties. Any customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect before you order.

Collection and reshipment
Parcels need to be collected from your local post office within their timeframe. If an order comes back to us uncollected, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
