Our Story

I first came to homeopathy as a mother, looking for gentle support for my daughters whenever acute ailments arose.

At the time, I had already spent years searching for answers for my own health. After a prolonged period of trauma, grief and ptsd, my body broke down: endometriosis, adenomyosis, fatigue and depression. Conventional medicine offered pain relief, the pill, and antidepressants. None of which helped. I knew there had to be another way. I tried everything from strict diets to low-tox living, yet the symptoms kept resurfacing or often I developed a new set of symptoms.

The real shift didn’t come from another regimen. It came when I stopped trying to control my way back to health and instead began coming home to myself and to nature.

It was during this same season that homeopathy truly entered our lives. My daughter was facing major surgery, the removal of a kidney, and it was a terrifying time. Homeopathy was something gentle I could support her with for the recovery, and something in those weeks settled it for me. This was the medicine I had been searching for all along. I decided to study homeopathy, and the deeper I went, the more it resonated. Later I did my own constitutional work with a homeopath, and over time I came back to myself in a way I hadn't felt in years.

Jasmyn is the founder of Rewilded Remedies and a homeopath whose work is shaped as much by what she has lived as by what she has studied. Alongside homeopathy, she draws on Jungian depth psychology, anthroposophical foundations and quantum biology. Her own years of illness, and the long way back, are what brought her here, and they sit beneath everything she does.

The body speaks what the soul suppresses.

The capacity to heal is in everyone

Underneath all of it is the vital force, the living intelligence that animates the body. When the vital force is disturbed, living well gets harder, in the body and in the mind. The capacity is still there, only obstructed.

Homeopathy is an energetic medicine. It works with that force, not against it. Left undisturbed, the vital force keeps you well and knows how to heal, and that capacity is in everyone.

Seen this way, a symptom is not a fault. It is the body responding, doing what it is built to do when that force is disturbed. We have been taught to shut the discomfort down, but suppress a symptom without asking what it was for, and the disturbance does not leave, it goes deeper and returns later, often as something else. Not all of it begins with us, either. Some energy is inherited, passed down a family line, what homeopathy calls miasmatic inheritance, shaping the form our disturbances take.

So the work is not to force healing. It is to clear what stands in the way and let the body do what it has always known how to do. The fight against your own body finally stops, this is surrender.

Homeopathy looks at you, not your diagnosis

I have come to see homeopathy as the foundation that health is built on. It works from the whole picture of how you specifically are unwell, the symptoms, but also how they behave, what eases them, what makes them worse and the state you are in alongside them.

It also looks across time. A case often begins by going back, asking when you were last truly well, and what was happening when things changed. A grief, an illness, a shock, a trauma. What troubles you now usually has a history, and its beginning is often somewhere else entirely.

From that whole picture, remedies are chosen by likeness, matched to you rather than to a diagnosis.

The work

Rewilded Remedies is a shop and a practice. The shop is for the everyday, gentle remedies for acute situations. The deeper work, the whole of you, the slower layers, happens one-on-one.
