Homeopathy works with the whole of you, whatever you come with. We go back to when it began, and work from there.
Much of my work is with complex trauma and psychological conditions, however I support all health ailments.
Initial Consultation
A 60 minute initial consultation for all chronic and complex health conditions.
In the first consultation we take the whole case, your presenting symptoms, energetic influences and your full health history, including the miasmatic inheritance carried down to you.
From there I formulate your individualised remedy protocol.
Follow-Up
Follow-up consultations are to to review progress, assess symptoms and have your remedies adjusted if needed.
Follow ups should be scheduled every 4-5 weeks apart to ensure you are being regulary supported.

The Unbecoming
A six-month descent through body, psyche and soul.

This is the deep work, for those carrying complex trauma and the illness that has grown from it. It draws on homeopathy, Jungian psychology, anthroposophy and quantum biology.
Over six months we move through three passages. The body, where we read what it has been holding and begin to clear it. The psyche, where we turn toward the shadow and the parts of yourself you learned to exile to stay safe. And the soul, where we surrender and come home to yourself.
The medicine is only part of it. The rest is the work you do yourself, and I support you through it. This is a passage you walk to return to who you were before the wound became who you are.

Pre-conception
A four-month homeopathic program for both partners, in the lead-up to conception. For those who have been trying for a while, are experiencing infertility or those who simply want to start in good health.
I work from the Liz Lalor fertility protocol, developed in Australia and used by practitioners around the world. It runs across four months, using multiple remedies to clear miasmatic inheritance, improve hormones, menstrual health, cervical mucous and sperm health. Alongside the remedies I bring in the circadian work to support mitochondria and hormones.
