Underneath everything is the vital force, the living intelligence that animates the body. Left undisturbed, it keeps you well, it knows how to heal. When it is disturbed — physically, mentally, or spiritually — living well gets harder, in the body and in the mind.

Homeopathy is an energetic medicine. It works with the vital force, not against it. The work is never to force healing, it is to clear what stands in the way and let the body do what it has always known how to do.

How I Work and What to Expect

I work with the whole of you — body, psyche, and soul — held together by the vital force.

Body — the physical symptoms, the imbalances and sensations, and what the body is carrying.

Psyche — the mind and emotions, dreams, the shadow, and the unconscious patterns beneath.

Soul — who you truly are underneath it all, your deeper becoming, and your capacity for love, surrender, and gratitude.

Homeopathy works through the vital force to clear what blocks the flow between these layers. When that flow is restored, the whole person can begin to heal, not only the symptom.

What to Expect

Before we meet. You will be sent an intake form to complete.

The first session. A case begins by going back. I want to know when you were last truly well, and what was happening in your life when things changed, because what troubles you now usually began long before it became what it is. We move through your physical symptoms, your emotional patterns, your history and your dreams, and I look at what runs in your family too: the things carried down, what homeopathy calls miasmatic inheritance. From that whole picture I choose remedies by likeness, matched to you, and formulate your individualised protocol.

Your remedies. These are posted to you as liquid drops.

Follow-ups. We meet again around four to five weeks later to see how you have responded, and I refine the prescription if needed. This unfolding, the reviewing, adjusting and returning is where the deeper work happens. Over time, health returns in the ways your body most needs it, and you come back to yourself, with more capacity for resilience, love and gratitude.

I see all health complaints, but most of my work is with complex trauma and how it shows up in the body and psychological conditions.

Initial Consultation — $220
90 minutes, for all chronic and complex health concerns. We take the whole case and I formulate your individualised remedy protocol. Remedies included; shipping additional.

Follow-up Consultation — $90
To review your progress, assess symptoms, and adjust your remedies as needed. Best scheduled every four to five weeks so you're regularly supported.

Common Questions

What actually happens in a consultation?
The initial consultation goes through your symptoms and current concerns, your history, your emotional life, family history i known and the fuller picture of who you are. After the consultations I select remedies matched to your individual case, and post it to you.

Is homeopathy safe?
Homeopathic remedies are gentle and non-toxic, and are suitable across all ages and stages. They work by supporting the body's own vital force rather than overriding it.

Can I have homeopathy alongside my medications and other treatment?
Yes. Homeopathy can work alongside conventional care. If you are under medical care or medication, we simply work with that.

How soon will I notice a change?
This is deeply individual, and healing doesn't move in a straight line. Some people notice shifts early; for others it unfolds more slowly. That's exactly what follow-ups are for — to track your response.

How are the remedies taken?
As easy-to-take oral drops, posted to you. Dosage instructions are included, and I'm here between sessions if anything is unclear.

Do you work online, or in person?
